It’s been a while since I delved into a newish topic of study, but recently I’ve been soaking in content from a few people that I consider experts, and yes, I do think there are some great experts out there, and they are not necessarily the ones that we’ve been told are experts over the years. Many experts that have been touted and elevated in the last few years are only expert at steering certain agenda. However, the experts I’m referring to are genuinely interested in educating the masses on how to live better, longer lives.
While there are many great, authentic people doing some great teaching these days, I’ll be doing an article shortly that introduces this particular topic and two of these experts, Dr. Casey Means, and Gary Brecka. You may have heard of these two educators, but if you haven’t, you should look into some of their teachings… or you can wait for me to summarize if you like!
